Sundowners After-School Children's ClubThe Sundowners After-School Club is available before and after school for school-age children. The children are engaged in activities including sewing, painting, plays, etc. Assistance is given in completing homework. A snack and dinner are provided. If you would like to contact Ms. Jackie please email her at jbock@hermsandf.com LATEST NEWS Preschool SACC By: Mrs. Carter Welcome to Preschool SACC!! Everyone is enjoying a fun and exciting year. We are getting acquainted with new friends and reacquainted with old ones. We have already read some great books! Some of our favorite books are Russell the Sheep, Every Friday, Llamas in Pajamas. Snack time is still a great together time. We enjoy good snacks and visiting with each other. We were glad when it cooled off outside so we could play more outside. Winter will be here before we know it. Sundowners (K through 6th) By: Ms. Jackie On our first day of SACC we put together our Disc Golf game and set up our Horse shoe pit. All the children had fun playing with their new outside games. We are excited about winter coming and making big plans for next spring. Sundowners celebrated the “Lights On” After school –Family Night, on October 18th. The older children put together a 3D puzzle of the Empire State Building while the younger ones made posters and artwork for “Lights On”. We have also had spelling bees on Tuesday afternoons. Nine out of ten of the children, who have participated in our spelling bees, have scored 100% on their spelling tests in their classrooms.
